The Kitchen on DI is a commercial kitchen (or ghost kitchen) offering flexible rental options to chefs, food-truck operators, packaged retail, caterers, ghost restaurants or anyone in need of a top-notch commercial kitchen. We offer flexible membership plans as well as dry and refrigerated storage options.
Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and equipment, our commercial kitchen space can help take your business to the next level. We have all the cooking equipment you will need including fryers, grill, ovens, griddles and lots more.
We have plenty of working room as well as all the equipment and small-wares you will need - blenders, juicers, crepe-makers, toasters and everything else you need to whip up culinary delights that will leave your customers craving more.
Our kitchen can support DHEC and SCDA certifications and licensing. We can help you through the process.
We have spacious countertops and large, prep tables to allow for prep and/or packaging. Individual work stations can be reserved in advance.

Whether you're looking for a full week or just a few hours per week, The Kitchen has you covered. We have several membership options to align with your business needs and provide the ability to book your time in the kitchen online in advance.
